Up for your consideration is a superb French Art Deco cased glass vase by. Schneider, Epinay-sur-Seine, France, glass, etch signed, 4"dia x 12"h. The piece depicts a variety of colors and styles of glass, the most important being the rare tomato red on the bottom half of this vase. This particular color of red is only achieved with the addition of powdered gold, and is prized in antique glass. This is one of the few examples I have seen with this color glass by Schneider. Excellent original condition, free of chips, cracks, or damage. Felt tabs added to bottom. This quote is for the Continental U. Only, and the item will be sent via UPS.
