Pair Antique French Blue Overlay Opaline Portrait Vases Glass Teardrop Women

Incredible and stunning pair of French blue overlay opaline portrait vases - 7 1/8 tall. One has a portrait of a young woman and the other has a slightly older woman- perhaps the same woman at different stages of her life? Both portraits are surrounded by gold gilt frame and gold (some wear) on the top edge.

The portrait of the younger woman has some light spots in the background- see photos. The older woman portrait is fine. There is a straw mark in he older woman's vase - It doesn't appear to be a crack- when I run my fingernail on it there is no indentation and I cannot see it from the inside- I think it was made in the manufacturing......
