Lot of 3 pink opaline vases/bottles, hand blown glass. The center piece is possibly a scent bottle as the neck is incredibly narrow on the interior. All 3 have a raised gold Greek key pattern. Very high-quality glass & decoration. There were several manufacturers making pink opaline in France at this time including Baccarat, Saint-Louis, Le Creusot etc.

Baccarat, who coined the term opaline, only produced pink from 1823 to 1840. Greek revival falls between 1825 & 1860, so the Grecian theme on these pieces falls perfectly in line with those timeframes. One is Intricately hand numbered 25 with enamel on the base as well as an incised roman numeral on the edge of the foot. 2nd Vase also has an incised Roman Numeral for 1 and a hand painted enamel 6.

3rd vase has no markings. Some blemishes/scratches to the bases, worn spots in the gilt. These are absolutely gorgeous pieces! Please view all photos before purchasing.
