Huge 19.75 Antique Art Glass Loetz French Cameo Vase Signed Richard Red & Blue

This is such an amazing piece, measuring approximately 19.75 tall and 6.5 in diameter at the top. There is one small chip along the rim as shown in photos. Although the colors come across as red and black the black appears to actually be a very dark blue that you can see in the right light. This has a beautiful lake/castle scene. Signed Richard on one side.
