Burgun Schverer & Cie Lorraine Mythologicals Cameo Glass Vase Circa 1896. Designed by Désiré Christian after Walter Crane. Hand blown in a Neoclassical form with three small applied handles near the top rim in a honey amber colored glass. Decorated with acid etched panels with hand painted enamel and gold gilt highlights. Signed Verrerie D'art De Lorraine BS & Co. Excellent condition other than some minor wear to the gilding. Measures 5 1/4 inches wide x 7 1/8 inches tall.
