Fantastic handblown French Art Glass enamel vase from the beautiful Art Nouveau era. Created by Francois Theodore Legras at the end of the 19th century in France c 1890, " Cornet Printemps " (or Cornet Spring), part of the " Yokohama Collection ". Absolutely magnificent vase, carrying the characteristics of the Japonisme, the fascination of Europe for Japan at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, reflecting in the art of that time. Satin glass background, beautiful motifs of dandelion, carnations and bonsai. Referenced in the LEGRAS catalogue "Verrerie artistique populaire française" page 263.
