Antique French cameo art glass bowl. This is a PRETTY antique art glass bowl / vase, signed by the French famous glass maker (D' Argental). It is totally in the Art Nouveau taste and period (circa 1910). It is ALL acid etching technique, 3 glass layers, cameo.
Rich yellow background color, with deep and light red flowers. Depicting flowers (lilies) on water.
The pontil mark, polished and smooth. Resting on a very thick round glass base. Please see photos carefully to admire the beauty of the work. H : 3 inches (8 cm). Diameter : 6 3/4 inches (17 cm). Weight : 1 lb 13.3 oz (830 grams). The heavy weight reflects the authenticity of the piece.No chips, cracks or any damage. Normal scratches consistent with age and use.
