19th Century French Green Opaline Glass Urn Bronze Mounts

19th Century French Green Opaline Glass Urn Bronze Mounts. We are saying mounts are bronze but we are not 100 percent for sure. It has a weight of around 2 3/4 pounds. Stands almost 8 3/8 inches tall.

Aprox 5 7/8 inches across to outside top bronze rim. This urn has been made in three pieces.

At least that is what it looks like. You can see production surface inclusions, pitting and normal hand blown traits. In picture 3 you can see a example. This area runs from top to bottom of top urn portion. On the bottom base section you can see another area that looks production. We believe it is as we look through a loop you can see how the glass looks molten like. We are guessing there was either some irregular formation during creation or was it filled due to a possible fracture. Not sure just passing on the information we received. You will have to decide what you are comfortable with as possibilities. There is a like smaller similar shape in the center that is fully internal.

When looking through a loop you can see what looks like trapped air. Again, remember this is a 19th century example.
