A very large Mont Joye enamelled vase Date : c1900 Origin : St Denis, Paris Bowl Features : Unusual crimped rim. Clear acid cut ground Marks : Mont Joye shield mark gilded on the base Type : Enamelled cameo glass Size : 32cms tall Condition : Excellent Restoration : None Weight : 4190grams. This vase has a front and back decoration, the front panel on the flattened ball shape being the most intensely decorated. This is the largest piece of Mont Joye we have seen. This was made prior to the merger with Legras.
